Meet Our Staff

Ann Adjutant (Director/Preschool Lead Teacher)

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to browse our site.
I am a lifelong resident of Center Ossipee and I started working part-time at this Child Care Center in 1994. At that time, I decided to become a Life-Long Learner. I graduated from Granite State College in 2001 with an Associate in Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also have a Credential for a Lead Teacher-Level 1 and for my Director position-an Early Childhood Administrator Credential. One of my greatest rewards is being able to watch the children in my care grow and learn.

Ashley Hayford (Preschool Co-teacher)

Hello! I love working at the OCC Childcare Center. I have worked with children off and on for about 15 years. I am currently in the process of getting all of my credentials to be a preschool teacher. I have lived in this town my entire life, knowing many of the generations coming in and out of this building daily. My goal with all of my children is to promote confidence, safety, and most importantly, love. I feel honored to have your children in our care and grateful for the incredible opportunity to help create great, successful little beings!

Breyana Adams (Toddler Lead Teacher)

Hello! I have lived in the Effingham/Ossipee area my entire life and couldn't imagine raising my daughter anywhere else. I hold an associate's degree and am currently working on a bachelor's in human services with dual majors of counseling and family studies.  Early childhood development is a huge interest of mine, and I have dedicated a lot of my time to learning and keeping up with education surrounding development. Family systems are also incredibly important to me, and I am here to support families just as much as I am here to support the development of their children. Thank you for allowing me to help shape who your child will become and allowing me to advocate for your family and child!
